I am way late on this but this was Brayden around 5 months. I cannot believe he is getting so big! He is almost always smiling and has a laugh that will make you melt. He is for sure a momma's boy so far, but I am not complaining. :) I can't imagine life without this little man and we love you to death!
Halloween this year was a lot of fun. Cami really got into getting dressed up and was adorable as always. I tried to convince Devin that we should go as Wizard of Oz characters, but in the end he won with the Flintstones. To be honest, I am glad we ended up as The Flintstones. We went to Devin's company Halloween party on Saturday night and it was a huge hit. I ended up actually making both the kids outfits due to failure in planning on my part. The plan all along was to make Brayden's (Bam Bam), but had ordered Cami's (Pebbles) and it didn't come in on time. But, it ended up even better then what I ordered. I just took old clothes from both kids old clothes boxes, did some tweaks, and WALA!
On actual Halloween night we decided not to go Trick or Treating and just pass out candy. Luckily both kids aren't fully aware that Halloween=walk to all the houses and get free candy. Cami loved seeing all the kids and saying hi and "Trick or treat" and "Happy Halloween" to them. The only trick with Cami is she kept on seeing us give the other kids treats and kept on asking for one. So we ended up tricking her and just handing her a grape instead. Sneaky sneaky hehe :). In the end it was a great weekend full of a lot of fun memories.
On Sunday before Halloween we decided to carve a pumpkin. Cami had a blast sticking her fingers in the yucky pumpkin and seeing how many pumpkin seeds she could pull out. Brayden just sat and watched, but I gaurentee you he wished he could get in there and get dirty!
