Funny Cami

She loves Grandma's makeup... note to self: if she is quiet she is into something.

Another note to self: Don't let Papa do Cami's hair :)

Christmas Part 2

For Christmas 2011 we had so much fun being able to spend time around the house and as a family. "Papa and Grandma" came up for Christmas and the kids loved having them here. Both kids were good this year so Santa was very kind. We sang "Happy Birthday" to Jesus and Cami really got into it and why we actually celebrate Christmas. Very cute! So, Brayden has been very stubborn with wanting to sit up... so for Christmas this year he decided to give us a sweet gift. Picture below. :) We also went to church on Saturday night since Christmas was on Sunday and had a great sermon with a beautiful candle light service. not to leave out we also carried on with tradition and went to Opry Land Hotel to see the lights. Cami was amazed and would look up and just say "WOW!" Knowing how fun it was this year seeing Christmas through the eyes of a 2 (almost) year old, I can't wait for next year to see it through a 3 year old and 19 month old!!

Sister-Brother love

Brayden was so proud of himself for being able to pull her hair :)

Thanksgiving in Ohio

For Thanksgiving this year we made a trip up North to Ohio for the 2nd year in a row at my sisters in-laws house. We did a little house swap this year and they came to stay at our house. This year was extra special since it was the 1st time that all 7 grandbabies and all the adults and grandparents have been in the same house at one time. We celebrated both Mandy and Reese's birthday since they share a birthday as well as celebrated Brooke's birthday a little early. One of the funniest memories for us was when all the "adult children" went out shopping Thanksgiving night to get all the Black Friday deals. None of us were prepared for the lines and crowds. In the end we all came home with some good deals and made plenty of memories. We will be more prepared next time. Love the memories and love our family!
